Some notes for Oral presentations

Please be aware that official speaking- writing language of the Conference is English.

Only PowerPoint presentation is acceptable for presentation in IPSC2008.

All presenters should be available 1 hour before their time of presentation.

A PowerPoint preview room will be arranged and signposted, where the PowerPoint files are handed on to the computer man to be loaded to the relevant presentation desktop. Presenters should take their PowerPoint files to this room no later than 30 min before their respective session starts.

Each Oral presentation is 15min. plus 3min. for questions.

POSTER INSTRUCTIONS

1- Poster size should not exceed 120 cm height and 100 cm width in portrait display.

2-Please, use adequate letter type and size to ensure good readability.

3-Well-designed figures, graphs and tables will generally increase the attractiveness of your poster.

4-Poster titles should be identical to the title of the abstract submitted.

5-Posters should show the names and affiliations of all contributing authors.

6-Any grants received in regard of the work described in the poster should be acknowledged.

7- Posters should be mounted from 9.00-17.00

8-Presenters should be at their poster board between 13:00 and 14:30 on the day of presentation.

9- Material for mounting the poster will be available at the desk in the poster area.

10- Poster presenters are responsible for setting up and removing the posters.

11- The best poster awards: This award will be given during the closing ceremony to the presenter of the best poster presented in various field.
